1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Kortya Pay Ultra platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kortya Softcom Private Limited. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use Kortya Pay services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India. You represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not barred by any applicable law from accessing our platform.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your OTP, passwords, and M-PIN. Any transaction or activity conducted through your account shall be deemed to be performed by you. Kortya Pay is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Scope of Services

Kortya Pay provides digital wallet, P2P transfer, BBPS, and utility payment services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service feature at any time without prior notice, provided that we act in accordance with applicable financial regulations.

5. Fees and Charges

Certain services may attract processing fees, transaction charges, or service taxes. These will be displayed clearly before you confirm any transaction. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy. By proceeding, you authorize us to deduct such fees from your transaction amount or wallet balance.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or non-compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kortya Softcom Private Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including failures in banking networks, internet connectivity, or delays caused by third-party service providers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan.
